We Did It! The Reading Doctor Wins Tuition Franchise of the Year

We’re thrilled to share some incredible news:The Reading Doctor Ltd has won Tuition Franchise of the Year at the 2025 National Tutoring Awards!

The awards, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London and hosted by The Tutors’ Association, celebrate the very best in the UK’s booming tuition sector, and we couldn’t be prouder to be recognised at such a prestigious event.

Celebrating Our Community of Changemakers

This award is a celebration of the incredible community of Reading Doctors we’re lucky to work alongside. With over 30 branches and nearly 1,000 pupils supported every week, our team of qualified teachers is transforming the reading journey for children across the UK, especially those who are struggling or neurodivergent.

Founder and Director Deborah Salsbury said it best:

We were also proud to celebrate Becky Birch, our wonderful franchisee in Stamford, who was named a finalist in the SEND Tutor of the Year category. Becky’s commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive practice is having a lasting impact on children and families in her local area, and we’re so proud to see her work recognised.
