Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to purchases made through The Reading Doctor

Ltd’s website and app by authorised Reading Doctors.
 

1. Digital Resources
● Purchases of digital learning resources (e.g., downloads, teaching materials, templates)
are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
● If a digital resource is faulty, inaccessible, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us
within 14 days of purchase and we will provide either:
○ A replacement copy, or
○ A full refund.
 

2. Physical Resources (if applicable)
● Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused,
unopened, and in their original packaging.
● The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is faulty
or was delivered incorrectly.
● Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
 

3. Order Cancellations

● Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. If an order has already been processed or
shipped, the return conditions in Section 2 will apply.
● Digital resource orders cannot be cancelled once download or access has been granted.
 

4. Refund Process
● Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe,
PayPal).
● Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days.
